   In general, the date can be postponed up to 15 working days before the start of the trip in consultation with the hotel without incurring any further costs. In the case of later postponement requests, it is at the discretion of the hotel to agree or refuse, depending on the schedule and bookings of other hotel guests.

   The Hotel Schwanefeld reserves the right to retain the following percentages of the purchase price in the event of cancellation of arrangements after these deadlines:
   – from 14 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price
   – from 7 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price
   – from 1 day before arrival: 90% of the travel price
   – on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the travel price
   Cancellation conditions for Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
   – from 60 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price
   – from 30 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price
   – from 10 days before arrival: 100% of the travel price
   – on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the travel price
   The exchange of Wojoer outfits for other sizes is possible until the start of the wellness stay, after which the right of return and exchange expires.
2. What happens if I want to cancel or partially cancel?
   The return of the Wojoer outfits or the wellness voucher is only possible by a complete cancellation of the package (wellness stay Schwanefeld Hotel + Wojoer gift box), which must be submitted in writing via e-mail or letter to Wojoer within 2 months after receipt of the gift box and at least 15 working days before a bindingly booked stay at the Hotel Schwanefeld Meerane. 3. What are the general legal regulations and return rules?
   Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payments are excluded. The buyer must be of legal age. All contract participants must be of legal age or have the permission of an authorized guardian. Cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. Only as long as the promotion is valid: In the event of certain parts of the offer being sold out or other external influences, Wojoer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and refund the full purchase amount to the buyer.
