10 Years of WOJOER – A Milestone We Celebrated Together

Ten years of WOJOER. Ten years full of ideas, development, challenges and special moments.
And above all: ten years that would not have been possible without the people behind WOJOER.

That is why we didn’t want this special milestone to simply pass by unnoticed. Instead, we celebrated WOJOER’s 10th anniversary together with our entire team during a small, internal company celebration.

For a few hours, the usual working routine took a back seat. Instead of fabrics, patterns, sewing machines and production schedules, there was a buffet, music, balloons and plenty of time for good conversations. It was a relaxed and cheerful day that gave us the opportunity to look back, celebrate what we have achieved together and simply enjoy being together as a team.

Ten Years of WOJOER – and Many People Behind It

During a short anniversary speech, our managing director looked back on the past ten years and reflected on how WOJOER has evolved. From the first ideas and products to the brand WOJOER is today, it has been a journey filled with change, bold decisions and, of course, the occasional challenge.

But one thing has remained the same throughout all these years:

WOJOER is a manufactory. And a manufactory is about people.

People who cut, sew, inspect, organize, develop, package and plan. People who make sure every day that an idea eventually becomes a real WOJOER product.

This celebration was therefore also a small way of saying thank you.

A Thank You to the Entire Team

As part of our anniversary celebration, every member of our team received a small personal token of appreciation.

Because ten years of WOJOER are not the achievement of one single person. They are the result of many hands, many ideas and countless small things coming together every single day.

An anniversary is a good opportunity to pause for a moment and simply say:

Thank you for your commitment and reliability.
Thank you for your ideas and creativity.
Thank you for your patience when things don’t always go according to plan.
And thank you for all the work that often happens behind the scenes, yet is essential to making WOJOER what it is.

And Then Things Got a Little More Exciting …

One special moment of the celebration was, of course, the announcement of our Employee of the Year.

This award recognizes someone who stood out over the past year through exceptional commitment, reliability and dedication.

The award is about more than simply receiving a title. It represents the qualities that make a great team: taking responsibility, thinking ahead, getting involved and staying committed even when things become challenging.

A Day to Remember

In the end, our anniversary celebration was never about putting on a big show. It was about sharing a special moment together.

Ten years is a long time – especially for a brand that continues to evolve, reinvent itself and confidently follow its own path.
